Shipping
DESTANICO orders are fulfilled from our Amazon FBA inventory through Amazon’s Multi-Channel Fulfillment service.
- Processing: orders are submitted for fulfillment within 1 business day.
- Delivery time: standard delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days within the continental United States.
- Tracking: a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
- Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging, including the DESTANICO gift box.
- To start a return, contact us first at support@destanico.com with your order number, and we will send you the return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including return shipping.
